At Nadine Daher, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our training services. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refunds

Our refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of your booking. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of your booking date. Refunds will only be provided for bookings that have not yet commenced.

Process for Refunds

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to Nadinedaher@me.com with your booking details and the reason for your refund request.
  2. Review: Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. Refund Approval: If your refund is approved, we will process it within a certain amount of days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
  4. If you haven’t received a refund within 10 working days, please check with your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

Non-refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable:

  • Training sessions that have already commenced or been completed.
  • Missed training sessions without prior notification or valid reason.

Nadine Daher reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review this policy periodically.

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 working days, please check with your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.
